What is the purpose of the Check'In alarm?
The Check'In alarm is a device consisting of a connected Check'In box and two mobile applications: Check'In and Check'In Pro. Equipped with embedded artificial intelligence, the Check'In alarm protects the places to be secured by detecting suspicious vibrations and gives an alert even before the break-in occurs.
The Check'In box is autonomous and requires no connection, electricity, or Wi-Fi. It operates 24/7. It can be installed in the most remote places where the network is weak (e.g., countryside, cellar...) and is compatible with all types of doors: single doors, Sitex doors, garage doors...
How does the Check'In alarm work?
The Check'In box is equipped with a SIM card relying on the LTE-M and NB-IoT networks to communicate with the Artifeel server and mobile applications. It operates 24/7, thanks to two CR17500 3V Li-MnO2 batteries with a two-year autonomy.
The Check'In sensors constantly analyze the vibrations affecting the opening on which the box is fixed. They use the embedded artificial intelligence to differentiate normal opening from an intrusion attempt. Thus, no activation or deactivation is needed, the surveillance is permanent.
When an intrusion attempt is detected, a pre-recorded voice warns the burglars that the site is protected. A 15-second audio clip is then recorded, before the alarm sounds for three minutes. At the same time, you are notified of the break-in attempt on your mobile phone (via the application you downloaded and/or by SMS and/or by email).
