The default detection mode

By default, the Check'In Infra 2 Plus only triggers an alert if two or three detection parameters (brightness + vibration ; brightness + movement ; brightness + vibration + movement) are detected. If the Check'In Infra 2 Plus detects only one parameter (e.g., brightness) or if it only detects movement + vibrations, no alert is triggered. Events will appear in the event history during the next daily function check (or after pressing the Check'In Infra 2 Plus's button three times quickly).

Selecting a detection mode

If you wish to modify this automation, go to the Check'In Pro app or the Dashboard.

In the Check'In Pro app: 

Tap the "Search" menu. Look for the Check'In Infra 2 Plus you are interested in by typing its IMEI or name in the search bar. Once on the sensor page, tap "Settings", then "Detection mode".

In the Dashboard:

Look for the Check'In Infra 2 Plus you are interested in by typing its IMEI or name in the search bar. Once on the sensor page, click on "Settings", then on "Detection mode".

You will then find all types of detection that may occur:

Brightness + vibration = the Check'In Infra detected a brightness change and suspicious vibrations

Movement + vibration = the Check'In Infra detected movement and suspicious vibrations

Brightness + movement = the Check'In Infra detected a brightness change and movement

Brightness + vibration + movement = the Check'In Infra detected a brightness change, suspicious vibrations, and movement

Changing the severity

Tap/click on the detection mode of your preference to modify its severity. You will have three options:

Recording in history = the detected event will be logged in the event history during the next daily function check

Real-time transmission = the event is logged in the event history as soon as it is detected, but you will not receive an alert

Alert = you will receive an alert as soon as the event is detected

In the Check'In Pro app:

Tap "Confirm" to validate the new chosen severity. You will be redirected to the "Detection mode" page. Tap "Confirm" again to validate your choices. The new settings will be applied by the Check'In Infra 2 Plus within the next 48 hours. 

In the Dashboard:

Click "Save" to confirm the new severity chosen. The new settings will be applied by the Check'In Infra 2 Plus within the next 48 hours.
