To make your Check’In Infra operational, it is important to follow all the steps outlined below:
💡 You can also directly access the installation guide by clicking on the attachment at the bottom of the article!
Getting Started with the Check’In Pro App
1 Download our Check’In Pro app from the App Store or Play Store.
💡 Do not insert the batteries into your Check’In Infra sensor yet! This will be requested later during the installation process.
2 Open the Check’In Pro app. Enter your email address and password, then tap “Login”. If you do not have an account, ask your organization's administrator to create one for you.
3 Once on the app's main menu, tap the red “+” button.
4 Scan the QR code of your Check’In Infra (located on the side of the case and also below the battery compartment), so it can be recognized by your app. Make sure the IMEI, or serial number of the Check’In Infra, is correct. If it is, tap “Continue”.

5 Assign a name to the Check'In Infra, then select the type of infrastructure and location where it will be installed.
6 The information you entered is transmitted to the Artifeel cloud. During this step, ensure the batteries are not inserted into the Check'In Infra. Once activation is successful, tap “Continue”.
Setting up the Device
1 Open the case as shown in the video. Insert the batteries while respecting their polarity (positive side + and negative side -).
2 The Check'In Infra will automatically connect to the 4G network LTE-M or NB-IoT. Once the connection is successful, tap on "Continue".
💡 Be patient, it may take up to 10 minutes!
💡 If, after this time, your Check’In Infra does not emit a white light, reset it. To do this, press the small button on the right side of the Check'In Infra for about 9 seconds. Once the LED lights up red, release the button. If the LED does not light up red, repeat the process.
💡 You can put the installation in the background to proceed with the installation of other Check'In Infra devices. Once the connection is established, the 📶 icon will turn green. Tap on the sensor card to resume the installation process.
3 Close the case following the provided instructions (don't forget to replace the foam padding).
Adding the Address and Emergency Contacts
1 Once the steps above are completed, tap on "+ Add an address" to specify where the Check'In Infra is located (if a favourite address is already saved, tap instead on "Copy from a favorite"). You can either fill in the address manually or select it on the map.
2 If you choose to fill in the address manually, provide the requested information (address, postal code, etc.). If you prefer selecting the address on the map, move the cursor by scrolling with your finger. Then, tap on "Validate". Confirm the address by tapping on "Continue".
3 If you wish, you can transfer the access rights to a client and add emergency contacts. Alternatively, you can skip these steps by tapping on "Skip this step". Once these steps are completed or skipped, the installation of your Check'In Infra will be finalized.
💡 If you decide to transfer the access rights, the person you assign them to will receive an email inviting them to take possession of the Check'In Infra access. You will need to wait until they accept the request for you to no longer be the administrator of the Check'In Infra.
💡 You can add up to 2 emergency contacts by tapping on “Add a contact”. Fill in the required information (specify if it is an on-call number or not), then tap on “Validate”.
Installing the Device in the Infrastructure
1 It is now time to place the Check'In Infra in the infrastructure. To do this, place the Check'In Infra about thirty centimetres from the entrance of the infrastructure, preferably vertically, with the light sensor facing downward.
2 Drill into the concrete at the four outer holes of the device case, then screw it into the infrastructure.
Your Check’In Infra is now installed and operational! 🎉
