Here are the new features available in version 1.13 of the Check'In Pro application:
🚨 New "Alerts" menu: access the details of the alerts reported by your fleet of Check'In devices and categorize them as "Real alert", "False alert" or "Test".
📶 Network connectivity test*: schedule one to four network tests at intervals of 2 to 10 minutes to measure signal quality in environments where Check'In devices are difficult to access (e.g. telecom rooms, sealed cabinets, etc.).
🚪 New opening types*: added "Inverter Cables" and "Wind Turbine Doors" types.
🔄 Select the Check'In connectivity type (e.g. Thread network): go to the Check'In profile > "Diagnostics" > "Change network".
📡 Thread mobile network connectivity test*: manually trigger a network connectivity test to verify network quality and the reliability of LTE-M / NB-IoT failover. Select the Check'In > "Diagnostics" > "Network tests" > "Configure a new test" > enable "Cellular network test" > "Next". Follow the on-screen instructions, then tap "View results"**.
* These features are available for Check'In devices running software version 6.8 or later.
** In areas without cellular coverage, the sensor will not be able to establish an LTE-M or NB-IoT connection. In this case, the device will automatically reconnect via Thread, and the diagnostic results displayed in the application will not show any cellular connectivity: they will only display successful Thread connections.
