If you are unable to complete the installation of your Check'In Pro 2, here are the steps to follow:
1 Verify that you have correctly inserted the batteries into your Check'In Pro 2 case (respecting the + and - polarities) and that they are sufficiently charged.
💡 Also, make sure to insert the batteries at the right time, when the application asks you to. If you insert them too early or too late, the installation of the Check'In Pro 2 will not be completed.
2 During the first connection of your Check'In Pro 2, if the LED blinks slowly in white, it means that your device is searching for a network. Wait until the Check'In Pro 2 finds one.
💡 The connection can take up to 10 minutes. During this time, do not cancel the installation!
3 If the LED of the Check'In Pro 2 does not blink or stops blinking in white, press the button located on the right side of the case three times quickly. This will restart the connection. Then wait until your Check'In Pro 2 connects.
💡 If it still does not connect, repeat the step until it works.
4 If you still cannot install your Check'In Pro 2, cancel the installation and restart it.
5 If the situation persists, cancel the installation, then reset the Check'In Pro 2 by pressing the button on the right side of the case for 9 seconds (for more information, click here). Release the button once the LED blinks in red and you hear a "beep". Once the LED stops blinking in red, remove the batteries from the case, then restart the installation of the Check'In Pro 2.
