The Default Detection Mode
By default, the Check'In Infra only triggers an alert if all three detection parameters, brightness + vibration + movement, are detected. If the Check'In Infra detects only one or two of these parameters (e.g., light + vibration), no alert is triggered. The events will appear in the event history during the next daily function check (or after quickly pressing the Check'In Infra button three times).

Selecting a Detection Mode
If you want to modify this automation, go to the Check'In Pro app or the Dashboard.
In the Check'In Pro app:
Tap the "Search" menu. Find the Check'In Infra you are interested in by typing its IMEI or name in the search bar. Once on the sensor's page, tap "Settings", then "Detection Mode".
In the Dashboard:
Search for the Check'In Infra you are interested in by typing its IMEI or name in the search bar. Once on the sensor's page, click on "Settings", then on "Detection Mode".
You will then find all the types of detection that can occur:
Motion detection = the Check'In Infra only detected movement
Brightness detection = the Check'In Infra only detected a change in light
Detection of suspicious vibration = the Check'In Infra only detected suspicious vibrations
Brightness + vibration = the Check'In Infra detected a change in light and suspicious vibrations
Movement + vibration = the Check'In Infra detected movement and suspicious vibrations
Brightness + movement = the Check'In Infra detected a change in light and movement
Brightness + vibration + movement = the Check'In Infra detected a change in light, suspicious vibrations, and movement
Changing the Severity
Tap/click on the detection mode you are interested in to modify its severity. You will be presented with three options:
Recording in history = the detected event will be logged in the event history during the next daily function check
Real-time transmission = the event is logged in the history as soon as it is detected, but you do not receive an alert
Alert = you receive an alert as soon as the event is detected
In the Check'In Pro app:
Tap "Validate" to confirm the new severity chosen. You will be redirected to the "Detection Mode" page. Tap "Validate" again to confirm your choices. The new settings will be applied to the Check'In Infra within the next 48 hours.
In the Dashboard:
Click "Save" to confirm the new severity chosen. The new settings will be applied to the Check'In Infra within the next 48 hours.
