What is the Check'In Infra alarm used for?

The Check'In Infra alarm is a device consisting of a connected Check'In Infra box and two mobile applications: Check'In and Check'In Pro. Equipped with embedded artificial intelligence, the Check'In Infra alarm protects the places to be secured by detecting suspicious vibrations, changes in light levels, and movements. It alerts as soon as a break-in occurs.

The Check'In Infra box is autonomous and requires no connection, electricity, or Wi-Fi. It operates 24/7 and can be installed in the most remote locations where the network is weak (e.g., countryside, basement...) and is compatible with all types of locations: telecom rooms, skylights...

 

How does the Check'In Infra alarm work?

The Check'In Infra box is equipped with a SIM card that uses LTE-M and NB-IoT networks to communicate with the Artifeel server and mobile applications. It operates 24/7, thanks to two CR17500 3V Li-MnO2 batteries with a two-year lifespan. 

Using embedded artificial intelligence, the sensors of the Check'In Infra continuously analyze the vibrations affecting the place to be protected. Simultaneously, they monitor the ambient light and detect movements that occur in front of the box. There is no need to activate or deactivate the alarm; the monitoring is permanent.

It is possible to customize the alert settings of the Check'In Infra. This way, depending on your preference, the Check'In Infra can trigger an alert if one, two, or three events are detected simultaneously. You can find more information in this article.

When an intrusion attempt is detected, you are notified on your mobile phone (via the app you have downloaded and/or by SMS and/or by email).

Installing the Check'In Infra alarm takes less than three minutes. Simply download the Check'In app or the Check'In Pro app, and follow the on-screen instructions. Then screw your Check'In Infra box into the place to be protected.
