What is the Check'In Pro 2 alarm for?

The Check'In Pro 2 alarm is a device consisting of a Check'In Pro 2 connected unit and two mobile apps: Check'In and Check'In Pro. Equipped with embedded artificial intelligence, the Check'In Pro 2 alarm protects secured areas by detecting suspicious vibrations and movements.

The Check'In Pro 2 unit is standalone and requires no connections, electricity, or Wi-Fi. It operates 24/7 and can be installed in remote areas with weak network coverage (e.g., countryside, cellar...) and is compatible with all types of doors: single doors, Sitex doors, garage doors...

 

How does the Check'In Pro 2 alarm work?

The Check'In Pro 2 unit has a SIM card using LTE-M and NB-IoT networks to communicate with the Artifeel server and mobile apps. It operates 24/7, thanks to two CR17500 3V Li-MnO2 batteries with a two-year lifespan. 

The Check’In Pro 2 sensors continuously analyse vibrations affecting the door to which the unit is attached. They use embedded artificial intelligence to differentiate a normal opening from an intrusion attempt. Simultaneously, the Check'In Pro 2 constantly monitors the surrounding area and detects any movement. Thus, no activation or deactivation is needed; monitoring is continuous.

When an intrusion attempt is detected, a pre-recorded voice warns intruders that the site is protected. A 15-second audio clip is then recorded before the alarm sounds for three minutes. Meanwhile, you are notified of the attempted breach on your mobile phone (via the app you have downloaded and/or by SMS and/or by email).

 

Installing the Check'In Pro 2 alarm

Installing the Check'In Pro 2 alarm takes less than three minutes. Simply download the Check'In app or the Check'In Pro app, and then follow the displayed instructions. Next, attach your Check'In Pro 2 unit to the door of the location to be protected using the two adhesive strips on the back of the Check'In Pro 2. No connection is needed.
