In order for the two batteries provided with your Check'In to maintain their autonomy of two years, the Check'In does not connect to our servers at every normal door opening. It does so only once a day, to confirm its proper functioning and to report normal events from the last 24 hours. The events recorded by your Check'In are therefore synchronized once a day with your application.
You can find the date and time of the last synchronization of your Check'In in the "History" menu of the application, or at the top of your sensor's file.
❗ In case of an abnormal event (e.g.: blows indicating an intrusion), the Check'In connects in real-time to send you a notification on the Check'In application and/or an SMS and/or an email. Depending on the settings you have predefined, your emergency contacts can also be notified.
