If you want to move your Check'In Infra, for example to install it in another telecom room, here are the steps to follow:
Uninstallation of Check'In Infra
Via the Check'In Pro app
Open your app, then tap on the Check'In Infra that you want to uninstall. Go to the "Uninstall Check'In" section. Follow the steps provided, then tap "Uninstall Check'In".
Via the Dashboard
Go to the Dashboard. Find your Check'In Infra in your organization or type its IMEI (serial number) in the search bar. Once on the sensor's page, click on the "Settings" tab, then again on "Settings". Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you find the "Danger zone". Click on the "Remove device" button.
Storing the Check'In Infra
Step 1: Remove the Check'In Infra from its location
Unscrew the Check'In Infra casing from its location. Once the casing is retrieved, unscrew it to access the sensor.
Step 2: Reset the Check'In Infra
Press the button on the right side of the Check'In for about 9 seconds. Release it once the LED lights up red.
💡 Wait for the LED to stop blinking red before proceeding to the next steps. Otherwise, the Check'In Infra reset will not have worked, and you will need to restart the procedure.
💡 If you are not sure that you have properly reset the Check'In Infra, wait 2 minutes, then press the button again for 9 seconds until the LED blinks red!
Step 3: Remove the batteries from the Check'In Infra
Once the LED of the Check'In Infra no longer blinks red, remove the foam pad, then slide the sensor upwards. The Check'In Infra will detach from its support. Then remove the two batteries from the sensor.
💡 Wait until the LED no longer blinks red. If you remove the batteries before, the reset of the Check'In Infra will not work and you will have to start over.
Reinstallation of Check'In Infra
Your Check'In Infra can now be installed in a new location! 🎉
