If you cannot access your Check'In Pro application, please follow these steps:
1 Ensure your application is up-to-date. To do this, go to the App Store (for iOS users) or Play Store (for Android users). If you see the "Update" button instead of the "Open" one, it means it is not up-to-date. Tap the button to get the latest version of the application.
2 Make sure your username and password are correct and that you have a Wi-Fi or 4G/5G network.
3 Force close the application.
🍎 For iOS users, go to your phone's home screen, then swipe up from the bottom and pause in the middle of the screen. Then swipe right or left to find the Check'In Pro application. Finally, swipe up to force close the application.
🤖 For Android users, go to your phone's "Settings" > "Apps" > "Check'In Pro" > "Force stop".
4 If step 3 does not work, delete the application, restart your phone, then download the application again.
