To make your Check’In Infra 2 Plus operational, it is important to follow all the steps outlined below:

Getting started with the Check’In Pro app
1 Download our Check’In Pro app from the App Store or the Play Store.
💡 Do not insert the batteries into your Check’In Infra 2 Plus just yet! You will be asked to do so later in the installation process.
2 Open the Check’In Pro app. Enter your email address and password, then tap “Log in”. If you don’t have an account yet, ask your organization’s administrator to create one for you.
3 Once in the main menu of the app, tap the red “+” button.
4 Scan the QR code on the casing of your Check’In Infra 2 Plus so it can be recognized by the app. Make sure the IMEI, that is, the serial number of the Check’In Infra 2 Plus, is correct. If it is, tap “Continue”.

5 Set a name for the Check’In Infra 2 Plus, then select the type of infrastructure and location where the Check’In Infra 2 Plus will be installed.
6 The information you provided is sent to the Artifeel cloud. During this step, make sure the batteries are not inserted into the Check’In Infra 2 Plus. Once the activation is successful, tap “Continue”.
Powering on the device
1 Open the casing as shown in the video. Insert the batteries, making sure to respect their polarity (+ and - sides).
2 The Check’In Infra 2 Plus automatically connects to the LTE-M or NB-IoT 4G network. Once the connection is successful, tap “Continue”.
💡 Please be patient, this may take up to 10 minutes!
💡 If, after this time, your Check’In Infra 2 Plus does not emit a white light, reset it. To do this, press the small button on the right side of the Check'In Infra 2 Plus for about 9 seconds. The LED will light up red, and you should then release the button. If the LED does not light up red, repeat the procedure.
💡 You can continue the installation in the background in order to install other Check'In Infra 2 Plus devices. Once the connection is established, the 📶 icon will turn green. Tap on the sensor’s card to resume the installation process.
3 Close the case by following the indicated instructions.
Address and Emergency Contacts
1 Once the above steps have been completed, tap on "+ Add an address" to indicate where the Check'In Infra 2 Plus is located (if a favourite address is already pre-saved, tap on "Copy from a favorite" instead). You can either fill in the address manually or select it on the map.
2 If you choose to enter the address manually, provide the requested details (address, postal code, etc.). If you prefer to select the address on the map, move the cursor by swiping the screen with your finger. Then tap "Validate". Confirm the address again by tapping "Continue".
3 If you wish, you can transfer the access rights to a client and add emergency contacts. You can also simply skip these steps by tapping "Skip this step". Once these steps are completed or skipped, the installation of your Check'In Infra 2 Plus will be complete.
💡 If you decide to transfer the access rights, the person you assign them to will receive an email inviting them to take over the Check'In Infra 2 Plus. You will need to wait until they accept the access request before you are no longer the administrator of the Check'In Infra 2 Plus.
You can add a maximum of 2 emergency contacts by tapping “+ Add a contact”. Fill in the required information (specify if it’s an on-call number or not), then tap “Confirm”.
Installing the device in the infrastructure
1 It is now time to place the Check'In Infra 2 Plus in the infrastructure. To do this, place the Check'In Infra 2 Plus about thirty centimetres from the entrance of the infrastructure, preferably vertically, with the light sensor facing downward.
2 Drill into the concrete at the four outer holes of the case, then screw it to the infrastructure.
Your Check’In Infra 2 Plus is now installed and operational! 🎉
