Activating the Remote Monitoring
If you would like your Check'In to be connected to a remote monitoring service, you must contact the company of your choice to subscribe to a contract and provide the necessary information (Check'In addresses, emergency contacts, etc.). Artifeel only manages the transmission of events (alerts).
Once the contract is in place, inform your Artifeel contact of the name of the monitoring company. The monitoring company will then appear in the Artifeel Dashboard and in the Check'In Pro app. Depending on the monitoring company, you may also need to provide a transmitter number given by them. You can find out how to activate remote monitoring on your Check'In in this article.
Who is contacted in the event of an alert?
You decide together with the monitoring company who should be contacted in the event of an alert.
Where can I find my customer reference?
That depends on the monitoring company, so we recommend getting in touch with them for more details. Some companies assign one reference per Check'In, others use a shared customer reference, and some may only use the Check'In’s IMEI number, etc. If you're unsure whether you have a customer reference, go to your Check'In profile and open the "Telemonitoring" tab. If no reference is shown, it means the monitoring company only needs the sensor's IMEI to identify you. If a reference is listed, it must be shared with the monitoring company.
