To notify you as quickly as possible, the remote monitoring service contacts you as soon as it is informed that a Check'In has been triggered. In general, the audio file is sent to the operator at the same time as the alert notification. The operator then uses it to carry out the verification before calling the Check'In's emergency contacts.
However, depending on the quality of the Check'In’s network connection, sending the audio file can take between one and five minutes (the operator receives the audio file at the same time as Artifeel and you). To ensure maximum responsiveness, if the remote monitoring service does not receive the audio file immediately after the alert notification, it does not wait and contacts you without delay.
