If your Check'In Infra 2 Plus appears as not connected, this means that its last function check failed. Any events that occurred after the previous function check will not be reported in your application or on the Dashboard. To bring your Check'In Infra 2 Plus back online, here are the steps to follow:
1 Press the button located on the right side of the Check'In Infra 2 Plus three times. This will force a connection, and the sensor's LED will slowly blink blue/white. Wait about 5 minutes before checking the event history of your Check'In Infra 2 Plus in your application or on the Dashboard. A function check and the latest events from the Check'In Infra 2 Plus should appear in the history.
2 If your Check'In Infra 2 Plus remains offline, check that the batteries are sufficiently charged. If not, replace them with new batteries of the same model (CR17500 3V Li-MnO2). You can get them by contacting us here.
💡 You can find the battery level of your Check'In Infra 2 Plus in your application or on the Dashboard.
- If you are using the Check'In Pro app, tap on the sensor's details. The battery level is shown above the list of different menus.
- If you are using the Dashboard, click on the sensor's details. In the "Summary" menu, you will find the "Battery level".
3 Remove and reinsert the batteries in your Check'In Infra 2 Plus. The sensor's LED should soon blink slowly in blue/white, indicating that the Check'In Infra 2 Plus is searching for a connection.
💡 If, after waiting one minute, the LED does not light up, the batteries are likely too weak. Refer to step number 2.
