If you want to move your Check'In Infra 2 Plus, for example to install it in another telecom room, here are the steps to follow:
Uninstalling the Check'In Infra 2 Plus
Via the Check'In Pro app
Open your app, then tap on the Check'In Infra 2 Plus you want to uninstall. Go to "Uninstall Check'In", then tap on "Uninstall Check'In".
Via the Dashboard
Go to the Dashboard. Locate your Check'In Infra 2 Plus in your organization or type its IMEI (serial number) in the search bar. Once on the sensor's page, click on the "Settings" tab. Scroll all the way down the page to find the "Danger zone". Click on the "Remove device" button.
Storing the Check'In Infra 2 Plus
Step 1: Remove the Check'In Infra 2 Plus from its location
Unscrew the Check'In Infra 2 Plus box from its location. Once you've retrieved the box, unscrew it to access the sensor.
Step 2: Reset the Check'In Infra 2 Plus
Press the button located on the right side of the Check'In Infra 2 Plus for about 9 seconds. Release it when the LED lights up red.
💡 If you're not sure whether the Check'In Infra 2 Plus has been properly reset, wait 2 minutes, then press the button again for 9 seconds until the LED blinks red!
Step 3: Remove the batteries from the Check'In Infra 2 Plus
Once the LED on the Check'In Infra 2 Plus is no longer blinking red, remove the four batteries from the sensor.
💡 Make sure to wait until the LED stops blinking red. If you remove the batteries too early, the Check'In Infra 2 Plus won’t reset correctly and you’ll have to start over.
Reinstalling the Check'In Infra 2 Plus
Your Check'In Infra 2 Plus can now be installed in a new location! 🎉
