You can pair your Check'In Pro 2 devices with Bluetooth identification badges. When a Check'In Pro 2 is associated with a badge and detects suspicious vibrations or movement, an alert notification is sent to you, but the alarm does not sound.
Detection of suspicious vibrations with a Bluetooth identification badge nearby
If the Check'In Pro 2 detects suspicious vibrations (e.g. banging on the door) while a Bluetooth identification badge is located within 10 meters of the door on which it is installed, an alert notification is sent to the Check'In installer. However, the alarm does not sound.
Detection of movement with a Bluetooth identification badge nearby
By default, the motion detector of a Check'In Pro 2 has a 15-minute delay after door opening. This means that if movement is detected, the sensor deactivates for the next 15 minutes. If a person with a badge remains in front of the Check'In Pro 2 for more than 15 minutes after the door is opened, a new alert notification will be sent (but the alarm will not sound).
To avoid receiving a notification after 15 minutes, it is recommended to adjust the delay on your Check'In Pro 2. This delay can be extended up to 90 minutes. You can change this setting from the Check'In Pro mobile app or via the Artifeel Dashboard.
💡 To make changes via the Check'In Pro app: tap on the sensor’s card, then go to "Settings" > "Motion detector settings" > "Delay after door opening". Select your preferred delay time, then tap "Confirm". To apply the new delay immediately, press the Check'In Pro 2 button three times to force a connection. Then, reset the Check'In Pro 2 by pressing the alarm button for 9 seconds and releasing it once the light turns red. You will hear a "beep", indicating that the Check'In Pro 2 has been reset. Once the red light disappears, press the button twice to reactivate the sensors.
