Since versions 2.13 of the Check'In application and 1.12.0 of the Check'In Pro application, it is now possible to be notified in real time of “normal” openings and closings of the door or window, even when the Check'In is in "Standard" or "Enhanced" mode. This means there is no longer any need to activate the "Real-time" detection mode: you are notified when the plumber arrives on site, while limiting the number of notifications to preserve battery life.
Enable the feature from the Check'In application
Go to the Check'In application, then open the "Devices" menu. Tap "Badges", select the badge of your choice, then enable the feature "Send me a real-time notification when my door is opened in the presence of this badge".
Enable the feature from the Check'In Pro application
Go to the Check'In Pro application, then open the "My account" menu. Tap "My access badges", select the badge of your choice, then tap "Settings". Enable the feature "Send me a real-time notification when my door is opened in the presence of this badge".
