The Check'In offers several detection modes to adapt to all uses. Discover which one suits you and how to activate it in this article.
What detection modes are available?
Standard
This is the default mode of the Check'In.
Normal openings and closings are recorded by the Check'In and reported once a day in your application during the daily operational check.
🔔 The Check'In detects an intrusion attempt whenever suspicious vibrations (i.e., vibrations stronger or more numerous than average) are detected. The alert is transmitted in real-time, and you receive a notification, SMS, and/or email (according to the preferences you have selected).
🪄 This mode is suitable for most uses and helps prevent and deter intrusion at the first signs, even before the door is opened.
Enhanced Detection
Normal openings and closings are recorded by the Check'In and reported once a day in your application during the daily operational check.
🔔 An alert is triggered only if the Check'In detects a suspicious vibration followed by an opening. The alert is transmitted in real-time, and you receive a notification, SMS, and/or email (according to the preferences you have selected).
🪄 This mode helps reduce false alarms in certain contexts (e.g., construction work).
Real-Time
All normal openings and closings are transmitted in real-time.
🔔 The Check'In detects an intrusion attempt whenever suspicious vibrations (i.e., vibrations stronger or more numerous than average) are detected. Alerts are transmitted in real-time.
🪄 This mode is suitable for vacant premises or holiday periods.
🚨 If this mode is used on a door that is opened more than once a week, the battery life will be significantly reduced.
Detection Disabled
No events (openings, closings, alerts) are detected or sent.
🪄 This mode may be suitable, for example, for a motorhome. Disable detection when the motorhome is in motion and re-enable it when you want it to be under surveillance.
