You can contact our support team via our Help Center as well as through the Check'In Pro and Check'In apps.
Via the Help Center
Click on "Submit a request" at the top of the page.
Enter your email address and the subject and the description of your request, then click on "Submit". You will receive an email confirming that your request has been received and providing you with a reference number.
Via the Check'In Pro app
Go to the "My account" menu in the app. Tap on "? Help", then on the logo at the top right representing a sheet and a pencil.
Select the Check'In you are interested in by typing its name or IMEI in the search bar.
Write your message, then tap on "Send".
Via the Check'In app
Go to the main menu of the app. Tap on the circle with the question mark, then on the logo at the top right representing a sheet and a pencil.
Select the Check'In you are interested in.
Write your message, then tap on "Send".
