Usually, the Check'In LED blinks green when the device detects a vibration (e.g., when you knock on the door). However, the LED may sometimes behave differently by blinking once in red instead of green.
This means that the Check'In's battery is too low and can no longer connect to the network. To start receiving alerts and your alarm's event history again, make sure to replace the batteries.

❗ This behavior only occurs in Check'In devices with a software version equal to or higher than 4.5.0, and in Check'In 2, Check'In Pro 2, and Check'In Infra and Infra 2 Plus devices with a software version equal to or higher than 6.1.3.
