If you are unable to complete the installation of your Check'In, here are the steps to follow:
1 Ensure that you have inserted the batteries correctly into your Check'In case (respecting the + and - polarities) and that they are sufficiently charged.
💡 Make sure you also insert the batteries at the right moment, that is when the app asks you to do so. If you insert them too early or too late, the Check'In installation will not complete.
2 During the first connection of your Check'In, if the LED slowly blinks white, it means your device is searching for a network. Wait until the Check'In finds it.
💡 The connection can take up to 10 minutes. During this time, do not cancel the installation!
3 If the Check'In LED does not blink or stops blinking white, quickly press the button on the right side of the case three times. This will restart the connection. Then wait until your Check'In connects.
💡 If it still does not connect, repeat the step until it works.
4 If you still cannot install your Check'In, cancel the installation and restart it.
5 If the situation persists, cancel the installation, then reset the Check'In by pressing the button on the right side of the case for 9 seconds (for more information, click here). Release the button once the LED blinks red and you hear a "beep". Once the LED stops flashing red, remove the batteries from the case, then restart the Check'In installation.
