If you're having trouble completing the installation of your Check'In Infra, follow these steps:
1 Make sure you have inserted the batteries correctly into your Check'In Infra device (observing the + and - polarities) and that they are sufficiently charged.
💡 Also ensure that you insert the batteries at the right time, i.e., when prompted by the application. If you insert them too early or too late, the Check'In Infra installation will not complete.
2 Check that the ribbon cable of the Check'In Infra is not detached and is securely fixed. If not, reinsert it into the connector.
3 During the initial connection of your Check'In Infra, if the LED blinks slowly in white, it means your device is searching for a network. Wait until the Check'In Infra finds it.
💡 The connection may take up to 10 minutes. During this time, do not cancel the installation!
4 If the LED of the Check'In Infra does not blink or stops blinking in white, press the button located on the right side of the casing three times quickly. This will restart the connection. Wait until your Check'In Infra connects.
💡 If it still does not connect, repeat the step until it works.
5 If you still cannot install your Check'In Infra, cancel the installation and restart it.
6 If the issue persists, cancel the installation, then reset the Check'In Infra by pressing the button on the right side of the casing for 9 seconds (for more information, click here). Release the button once the LED blinks red. Once the LED stops blinking red, remove the batteries from the casing, then restart the installation of the Check'In Infra.
