If you are testing your Infra Check'In and it is not detecting any attempted breach, follow these steps:
1 Make sure you have followed the steps described in this article.
2 Ensure that your Infra Check'In has the latest update. To do this, open your Check'In or Check'In Pro app and select your Infra Check'In. If your device is not up to date, you will see a yellow box prompting you to update your Infra Check'In.
3 For the Infra Check'In to detect a light change, make sure it is in dim light for two minutes before opening the opening fully. During this waiting period, do not touch the Infra Check'In.
4 Give at least one knock on the flap or tap 4-5 times directly on the casing.
5 Wave your hand 4-5 times over the motion detector. The LED should blink red. If it does not, check that the motion detector is in good condition and that the ribbon is properly attached. Also, ensure that the battery dedicated to the motion detector is correctly positioned and sufficiently charged.
6 If the issue persists, you may need to reset your device. To do this, press and hold the button on the right side of the Infra Check'In for 9 seconds.
The LED will light up red, indicating that the device has been reset. Wait until the LED stops blinking red before resuming the test.
