If your Check'In Infra appears as not connected, it means its last function check failed. Events that occurred after the previous function check will not be reflected in your application or in the Dashboard. To bring your Check'In Infra back online, follow these steps:
1 Press the button on the right side of the Check'In Infra three times.
This will force a connection, and the sensor LED will blink slowly in blue/white. Wait about 5 minutes before checking the event history of your Check'In Infra in your application or in the Dashboard. A function check and the latest events of the Check'In Infra should appear in the history.
2 If your Check'In Infra remains offline, check that the batteries are sufficiently charged. If not, replace them with new batteries of the same model (CR17500 3V Li-MnO2). You can obtain them by contacting us here.
💡 You can find the battery level of your Check'In Infra in your application or in the Dashboard.
- In the Check'In application, tap on your sensor's card. The battery level is displayed above the box indicating the number of openings in the day or month.
- If you use the Check'In Pro application, tap on your sensor's card. The battery level is indicated above the list of different menus.
- If you use the Dashboard, click on your sensor's card. In the "Summary" menu, you will find the "Battery Level".
3 Remove and then reinsert the batteries in your Check'In Infra. The sensor LED should soon blink slowly in blue/white, indicating that the Check'In Infra is seeking a connection.
💡 If, after waiting a minute, the LED does not light up, the batteries are likely too low. Refer to step number 2.
