The PSM (Power Saving Mode) is a feature introduced in version 4.4.5 of the Check'In software. It reduces the notification transmission time thanks to a permanent modem connection to the mobile network. This way, you receive your alerts within seconds without impacting the battery level of the Check'In.
How do I know if my Check'In has PSM?
Check'In App
It is not possible to check if the Check'In has PSM through the Check'In app.
Check'In Pro App
Tap on your sensor's profile, then on "Diagnostics". Tap on "Advanced Information". Scroll down the screen until you find "PSM supported". If "yes" is displayed next to it, then your Check'In has the feature. To know if the PSM is enabled, check if "yes" or "no" is displayed next to "PSM enabled".
Dashboard

How to activate the PSM?
If your Check'In is eligible for PSM and you wish to enable the feature, go to either the Check'In Pro app or the Dashboard.
Check'In Pro App
Tap on your sensor's profile, then on "Settings". Select "PSM Settings". Slide the circle to the right to enable the PSM, then tap on "Confirm".
Dashboard
Click on your sensor's profile and go to "Settings". Scroll down the screen until you find "PSM enabled". Slide the circle to the right to enable the PSM, then click "Save".
