Why Create an Organization?
If you have a large number of Check'Ins, creating multiple organizations can be useful. This allows you to easily find your sensors by sorting them according to various criteria (for example, by geographical location, residence, or installation team).
Creating multiple organizations also allows you to limit your teams' access to certain Check'Ins. This way, your teams can focus on the sensors they are responsible for without getting lost in the long list of Check'Ins you own.
How to Create an Organization?
To create a new organization, go to your Dashboard and click on the "Organizations" tab. Click on the "+ Create organization" button.
Choose a name for your organization.
Then select the desired parent organization. The organization you create will act as a "sub-organization" in the parent organization.
Finally, click on "Create organization".
Finding My Organization in the Dashboard
If you selected the organization created by Artifeel as your main organization during your first login to the Dashboard, you can now find your sub-organization in the "Organizations" tab. If you chose another organization, in the "Organizations" tab, look for the parent organization of your new organization (designated as the "Groups" of the parent organization).
💡 If the parent organization is already a "Group" (i.e., a "sub-organization"), you will need to look for the parent organization of that parent organization.
Example
In the example below, the organization "Artifeel Test Help Center" has the main organization as its parent organization and can be found directly in the "Organizations" tab of the Dashboard.
However, the organization "Organisation Test Help Center" has the parent organization "Armelle Test". It is therefore not directly visible. However, the red box "4 Groups" indicates that several "sub-organizations" are present in this organization. To access your Group, click on the record of the parent organization (here, "Armelle Test").
Click on the "Groups" tab to access your new organization. If this organization has a Group as its parent organization, click on that group and then on the "Groups" tab to access it.
Here, for example, to access the organization "Artifeel Test Help Center 2", you need to (1) click on the Group "Armelle test 2"...
... (2) then click on the "Groups" tab...
... (3) to finally find your organization.
