Since Dashboard version 2.14.2, you can track your subscriptions directly on the platform. You can find information about subscription dates and durations in the KPI table, by organisation and by Check'In.
In the KPI table
A new box in the top-right corner shows the number of expired subscriptions as well as those expiring within the month. You can click on it to view the list of the relevant Check'In devices.
By organisation
A new "Subscriptions" tab is available in the profile of your organisation and sub-organisations. Here you can see all active or expired subscriptions. The "Expiration" filter allows you to view only Check'In devices whose subscription has expired, or those expiring in one, three, six, or twelve months.
On a Check'In profile
A box located in the left column of your Check'In profile shows the number of subscription days remaining as well as the start and end dates of the subscription. The colour provides information about the status (green: more than a month left, yellow: less than a month left).
If the subscription has expired, the box turns red.
Your subscription information is also available in a CSV export, which you can initiate from your organisation's "Settings" page.
