"Check'In" Tab
The main page of an organisation's profile is the "Check'In" tab.
In the left column, you will find the main information of the organisation: the organisation's name; the number of Check'In and badges it contains; the number of sub-organisations; the first and last name of the organisation's owner, as well as their email address and phone number; the organisation's creation date.
💡 If there are multiple administrators in the organisation, the name displayed as the owner is the one of the first user account created. If this account is deleted, the name of one of the other administrators will be randomly selected and displayed instead. This is only a display setting: the owner and administrators have the same access rights.
All the Check'In belonging to the organisation are displayed in the central column. You can see their name, IMEI, address, status (online, unassigned, etc.), and, if they belong to a sub-organisation, the name of that group (in the gray rectangle). You can also find a Check'In by entering its name or IMEI in the search bar, then clicking on "Search". To access a Check'In's profile, simply click on it.
If you are in the profile of one of your sub-organisations, you can also assign a Check'In by clicking the "+ Associate a Check'In" button. To remove one or more Check'In from the sub-organisation, click the "Select" button. Select the Check'In concerned, then click "Unassign". The Check'In will automatically be reassigned to your main organisation.
💡 As an administrator of the main organisation, you can see all Check'In, meaning those directly in the main organisation and those in sub-organisations. An administrator of a sub-organisation can only see the Check'In of that sub-organisation (this includes the Check'In assigned to its own sub-organisations).
Finally, in the right column, you can find all the tabs allowing you to navigate the profile of your organisation.
"Badges" Tab
The "Badges" tab allows you to view all the badges associated with your organisation. You can see the name and MAC address (i.e. the serial number) of the badge, as well as its status. If the badge is associated with a sub-organisation, you can find its name in the gray rectangle. Click on one of the badges to access its profile.
Just like in the "Check'In" tab, you can search for a badge by entering its name or MAC address in the search bar. If you are in one of your sub-organisations, click on "+ Associate a badge" to associate a badge, or "Select" to unassign a badge.

"Users" Tab
The "Users" tab groups all user accounts associated with the organisation. You can add more by clicking the "+ Add a user" button.
To access or edit a user account, click on it.
Then click the "Edit" button to update the user account information. You can, for example, assign it to a sub-organisation.
"Favorite Contacts" Tab
The "Favorite Contacts" tab allows you to view, add or edit favourite contacts.

"Groups" Tab
The "Groups" tab allows you to create and view your organisation's sub-organisations. To create a sub-organisation, click the "+ Create organization" button. To view one of the sub-organisations, simply click on it.
If the sub-organisation itself has sub-organisations (in the image above, for example, the "Armelle Help Center" organisation has three groups, i.e. three sub-organisations), you can find them in the "Groups" tab of the sub-organisation's profile.
"Notifications" Tab
Creating a subscription allows the concerned person to receive email alerts about the status of all the organisation's Check'In in case of:
Intrusion or attempted intrusion.
Technical event (the Check'In's batteries need replacing, sensor disconnection, etc.).
❗ If you choose not to include the sub-organisations, only the Check'In directly linked to the organisation will be taken into account. Those assigned to its sub-organisations will not be concerned.
Depending on your choice, this subscription can be effective at all times or only on specific days and/or time slots.

"Settings" Tab
The "Settings" tab allows you to edit the name of your organisation, export the list of its Check'In in CSV format, or delete the organisation.
