Since versions 2.17 of the Dashboard and 1.14 of the Check’In Pro application, an enhancement to the alert inhibition feature allows alert notifications to be inhibited as soon as the feature is activated. It is no longer necessary to wait for the next function check for the inhibition to take effect: it becomes active immediately after activation.
The Check’In continues to perform its monitoring function, but alerts detected during the inhibition period are only recorded in the event history. Emergency contacts and the remote monitoring service are not notified during this period.
How to inhibit alert notifications ?
1 Go to the Artifeel Dashboard, then open the profile of the relevant Check'In. Select the "Schedule" tab, then click the "Add Schedule" button.
2 Select "Notification inhibition", then click "Next step".
3 Depending on your preference, choose whether this is a recurring or one-time inhibition, then click "Next step".
4 Set the alert inhibition schedule, then scroll to the bottom of the page to save the time slots.
5 Alert inhibition is now scheduled! To edit or delete it, simply click on it.
6 You will be notified of alert inhibition in the Check'In Pro application, in the Check’In event history.
