All events reported by the Check'In (function checks, alerts, etc.) are displayed here. You can filter them by clicking the "Filter by" button. The "Export" button allows you to export the Check'In events in CSV format.

"Settings" Tab
"Settings" Tab
The "Settings" tab allows you to modify the Check'In's settings. You can: change the Check'In's name; alert settings; sensitivity settings; motion detector settings (for Check'In Pro 2 and the Infra range); uninstall and/or suspend the Check'In.
Depending on your Check'In model, you can adjust:
Siren: the alarm that sounds in case of an attempted or detected intrusion.
Audio recording: before the Check'In's alarm goes off, it records a 15-second audio clip.
15-second delay: the time between the Check'In warning intruders that the site is protected and when the alarm goes off (the delay is automatically enabled if audio recording is enabled).
Test mode: if enabled and the Check'In's alarm is triggered, you can disable it by pressing the device's button once.
Sensitivity: the sensitivity of the Check'In's sensors (we recommend not changing it unless advised by Artifeel customer service).
Also, depending on your Check'In model, you can modify:
Delay after opening: the time during which the motion detector remains disabled after the door is opened.
Detector sensitivity: the sensitivity of the motion sensors (we recommend not changing it unless advised by Artifeel customer service).
💡 Remember to click the "Save" button(s) to save the parameter changes!
The danger zone allows you to uninstall your Check'In or suspend it.
"Detection mode" Tab
You can change the Check'In's detection mode in this tab.
"Calendar" Tab
You can schedule a new recurring or occasional detection mode in the "Calendar" tab.
💡 This feature is currently not available for the Infra range, but will be soon.
"Telemonitoring" Tab
The "Telemonitoring" tab allows you to activate the remote monitoring service you have subscribed to, or, conversely, to deactivate it.
"Address" Tab
If you made a mistake in the Check'In's address during its installation, you can correct it in this tab.
❗ If your Check'In is linked to a telemonitoring service, modifying the address in this tab is not enough. The new address will not be sent to the monitoring center. You will need to completely uninstall the Check'In, then restart the installation from the beginning.
"Lifecycle" Tab
The "Lifecycle" tab allows you to view the history of changes made to the Check'In, with the exact date and time of each change. You can also see who made these changes. For more information about this tab, click here.
"Diagnostic" Tab
The "Diagnostic" tab contains detailed information about the status of your sensors and their network. You can find more details about this tab by clicking here.
