Getting Started
There are two ways to assign a Check'In to an organization. This can be done either manually or by importing a CSV file.
💡 Unlike manual assignment, importing a CSV file allows you to assign multiple Check'Ins at once!
In both cases, first go to the "Organizations" tab of the Dashboard. Then select the organization you would like your Check'In to be part of. Once done, click on the "+ Assign a sensor" button. Two options are available to you: "Manually" ou "Import a CSV".
Assigning a Check'In manually
To assign a Check'In manually, click on "Manually". Then add the IMEI (serial number), address, or client name of the Check'In to find it. Once the Check'In is found, click on the "Assign" button.
Your Check'In is now assigned to your organization!
Assigning multiple Check'Ins via a CSV file
To assign multiple Check'Ins via a CSV file, do not click on "Manually", but on "Import a CSV". You can either import a CSV file or download an example.
Click on "Download example file" and open the file that is automatically downloaded. Enter the IMEI numbers of the Check'Ins and save the document.
Then return to the Dashboard and click on "Import a CSV". Select the file you just filled out.
Your Check'Ins are now linked to your organization!
