Since version 2.8.0 of the Dashboard, you now have the ability to suspend Check'In within your organisation. This means that the selected Check'In can no longer be installed on the Check'In and Check'In Pro applications until you lift the suspension. This feature can be useful, for example, if one of your clients has not yet completed their payment.
💡 Currently, suspending a Check'In is only possible via the Artifeel Dashboard.
How to suspend a Check'In?
Go to the profile of the Check'In you want to suspend, then navigate to the "Settings" tab. If the Check'In is already installed, uninstall it by clicking on the "Remove device" button.
Once the Check'In is uninstalled, click on the "Suspend" button next to "Suspend device".
The status "Suspended" will be displayed under the Check'In's IMEI, and the suspension date will be indicated at the bottom of the central column. To lift the suspension, click on "Cancel suspension".
