Why transfer the Check'In installed by a user account you want to delete?
When a user account is deleted, all the Check'In linked to it are also deleted. To avoid this, an organisation administrator must manually delete the user account. This way, the administrator will have the option to assign the Check'In installed by the account to be deleted to another existing user account.
❗ The account to which you want to transfer the Check'In must have administrator access.
How do I transfer the Check'In installed by a user account to be deleted?
1 Go to the "Users" menu in the Artifeel Dashboard. Click on the profile of the account you want to delete.
2 Click the "Edit" button.
3 Click the "Delete user" button.
4 You will then be given two options: delete the user without transferring the associated Check'In, or first transfer the Check'In to another user account.
5 If you wish to transfer the Check'In, enter the name or email address of the destination account. Then, click "Transfer Check'Ins and delete user". The sensors will be linked to the new user account.
